Shipping + Handling
Free Standard Shipping on all orders! For all Standard Shipping (non-express) methods, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. Default carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All international orders (including Canada and Mexico) are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. International customers will be assessed the Standard Domestic Delivery charges at checkout; when the order is ready and the international shipping charges have been determined, the customer will receive an invoice via email for the difference between the Standard Domestic Delivery charges already paid and the actual charges for the shipment. This invoice will be payable through PayPal; the order will ship when payment for the invoice has been received. Every effort is made to pack international shipments in the most economical and lightweight manner possible in order to reduce shipping costs.
All international orders are fully insured for the total value of their contents. Customers who do not wish to have their international shipment insured may waive the insurance; they should indicate this in the “Instructions to Merchant” portion of their order receipt. When insurance has been waived on an international shipment, Soto Products cannot assume responsibility for any shipment that does not reach its destination, or reaches its destination in poor condition, and will not replace lost or damaged merchandise. A customer who waives insurance on an international order thereby accepts full responsibility for the shipment.
International shipments may be subject to customs and duty taxes and/or brokerage fees. Soto Products cannot be responsible for any such fees that may be assessed on international shipments. Customs declarations required for international shipments will reflect the actual contents and value of the shipment. Soto Products will not mark any shipment as a “gift”; to do so is in violation of the law.
Upon request via email, we will be happy to provide an estimate of international shipping charges. Customers must provide a complete list of all the items that will be in the shipment as well as the full shipping address, including the postal code and country. This will be an estimate only and not a guaranteed shipping rate.
If your shipping method is trackable, you will be notified when your order is prepared for shipment. Please note packages may not be trackable via the Shipper's website at the time your are notified by email, often up to 24 hours after the email is sent. You may track your packages by logging into your account or by clicking on the link provided in your email. If not provided a link then your shipping option is not trackable.
