if you are unsure of the closest color match to your surface, please contact us first before making your purchase. we offer complimentary color charts to help you find the closest match for your project. this is often the best solution to finding the right color before you buy. it will save you time and headache in the future if you wait for the color chart before making your purchase. otherwise, if you truly are not satisfied with the product we will gladly accept a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
since not every first pick will work, we include a color chart with every product to help facilitate your selection for an exchange. for all exchanges, please contact soto products for authorization and further details. return shipping is paid by customer. include a note with the desired color for which you’d like to exchange the item for.
when returning an item for a refund, please make sure to include your initial order number, full name and contact information.
soto products will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. when your item is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. please allow 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. we reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery.
